The nearest beach is Marina di Alberese, at 15 minutes drive by car. This is the official Park of Maremma beach. On the way to the beach you will pass through some grasslands where horses and Maremma cows graze freely. Often you will cross “butteri”, the cowboys typical of Maremma region, coming back home by horse at the end of their working day. After passing a pine forest you will finally reach Marina di Alberese.
The beach of Marina di Alberese is 5 km long and is really wild. There are some huts built by the people frequenting the beach by means of the branches of pine trees found on the beach itself. You will need a daily ticket to access this beach and the price to be paid to cover the whole holiday could be expensive. However we are happy to inform you that if you will stay at our agriturismo you will have a free pass to access the beach for the whole holiday!
If you don't like wild beaches and you prefer the comforts of a lido, you can reach the beaches of Osa which are at the same distance as the beach of Marina di Alberese.

Thanks to the absence of artificial lights and to the clean sky, you will have the great opportunity to look at the beautiful night sky full of shining stars: the Milky Way will be there up of your head!
If you want to buy typical products in a very ecological way (all the products come from neighbouring farms and therefore the movement of the goods is extremely limited, which allows to reduce pollution due to transportation), you can buy not only extra-virgin olive oil and wine from our Agriturismo “Lo Stollo”, but also the products from our consortium “Naturalmente Toscana” for which you will have 10% price reduction!
